This video will show the correct cold starting procedures for the ECHO TC-210 tiller cultivator.
If you can't start a TC-210 then there is a good possibility the unit may be flooded. ECHO engines are designed to start very easily. If you leave the unit in the cold start position and the starter rope is pulled even after the engine pops or more than 5 times the engine will flood. If you do not hear the pop within 3 to 5 pulls place choke to run position and pull starter rope 10 to 15 times and the engine should start.
